    I have replied to the email.
    But looking at this forum, I now seriously have my doubts about these headphones. They aren’t cheap and these issues, which are far from isolated by the looks of things, are simply not acceptable

    What does the led flashing indicate? The flash is quite fast and not a steady slow?
