Hi, I really need some help and was not sure if there was anything you could do. I bought the Jaybird Freedom X2 in March 2018. Within a year the left headphone stopped playing sound. I tried all the resets and that didn't work. I have been living with sound out of the right headphone and now that just went out. I have had no issue where there was physical damage to the phones. Is this how long the headphones are supposed to last? I appreciate any support possible. Bryce
