Jaybird Tarah headphones keep turning off on its own

    Hello. I am having the same problem. I have tried resetting, recharging, removing the headphones from all connected devices. Nothing works. Everytime I turn it on it immediately and automatically turns off. Sent an email to customer support but have not yet received any response. Looking forward to receiving a feedback. Thanks.

    Hi, I too have that same issue. While sitting still listening to music they usually turn off after 5-10 min. I thought I’d use them as headset at work, in Teams/Skype meetings etc, but this is even worse since I regularly lose connection every 3-5 min approx. In addition to this people’s ears often hurt when I call them using these, since there is an opening loud ”popping” sound.
    I have two of the Tarah Pro - both with the exact same problem. Would really enjoy them if this issue was resolved since the fit and sound quality is really something.
