Jaybird Tarah headphones keep turning off on its own
I just bought these last week. First used them yesterday. I am listening to Spotify, connected via Bluetooth to my laptop which is 18-20" away. They just keep shutting off after about 2 - 3 songs. I press the button to turn them back on and I hear the battery percentage then music starts playing again. This continues repeatedly all day long. Why won't they stay on/connected? I read through the community posts and FAQ and did not find a solution. I look forward to hearing from you. This is my 3rd jaybird product, I loved my X2's and wore them until the cable between the ear pods came apart. (I have also sent this by email to support)

Hello. I am having the same problem. I have tried resetting, recharging, removing the headphones from all connected devices. Nothing works. Everytime I turn it on it immediately and automatically turns off. Sent an email to customer support but have not yet received any response. Looking forward to receiving a feedback. Thanks.
