Not able to connect to my MacBook

    Hello Josevi,

    I appreciate you reaching out. Allow me to provide more information that will help with your concern.

    Multipoint allows you to be connected to two devices simultaneously. You can for instance be connected to your laptop and your mobile phone. While listening to music on your laptop you will be able to accept an incoming call on your phone.

    1. Ensure your earbuds are up to date. Connect to the Jaybird app to see if a firmware update is available.
    2. Ensure your Tarah earbuds are paired and connected to both devices. Follow pairing instructions.
    3. Make sure that only the two devices you want to connect to are turned on and in proximity

    Your Tarah can remember up to eight paired Bluetooth devices and can be actively connected two devices at a time. As for the compatibility, your Jaybird Tarah and Macbook should be compatible based on your success in pairing it with your IPhone.

    Thanks so much Bruce for your follow-up.

    I did some research and unfortunately, the issue seems to be on the fact that Jaybird Tarah wireless bluetooth technology requires 5.0 version in the recipient device, not a lower version. Could you please advise whether this is the case? My Macbook has a bluetooth version of 4.2

    I really hope you can advise on the best way to reach a successful connection.
