I am a frequent Jaybird user, having used the X2,X2,X4 and now the tarah pros..
Unfortunately, I have been facing horrible battery issues with the tarah pros…it barely lasts for 3 hours compared to the advertised 14 hrs..moreover, my tarah pros have Bluetooth connectivity issues as well..sth which I was willing to ignore..but right now the battery life has been so crappy that I have no other choice than to ask for a replacement.
I have tried factory resetting many times, hard and soft resets and did all other things you guys normally suggest in the community section. You see this is not my first pair..
I bought my pair from the www.johnlewis.com website in UK..
