    Hi Jorge,

    Thank you for joining the community and sharing your experience.

    May I ask if you can replicate the issue using a device with a different OS. From the information we have gathered, it works well with a Macbook (an IOS device), so I am curious why it behaves this way with Apple Phones.

    This tells us that the issue is not isolated with the X4.

    I suggest contacting Apple Support for more input on this matter. Please let me know what you find.

    Also I try with the same devices my friend’s Jaybird Tarah and there is no audio lag. With that I think I isolated the problem to my X4.
