I LOVE my Jaybird X3. I have them now for over 2 years, and used them intensively every day in all weather conditions. The earbuds still work well, but the battery is slowly losing capacity. Time for an upgrade to Tarah Pro, you'd think...
My colleague however switched recently to Tarah Pro and she is very disappointed in the build quality (remote cover comes off after two months), connectivity (Bluetooth randomly disconnects) and the lack of wingtips with comply foam eartips. As a result of these issues, I've decided not to buy the Tarah Pro's.
So now what? Are there any plans to address the - very real - issues mentioned above in new models?
