    Hi Daan,

    Thanks for reaching out as well as your suggestions. We are constantly improving our products.

    The reason why the Tarah Pro's do not have separate ear tips is because it has a unique feature (pivot fit).

    Newer Jaybird models are different in design, like the Jaybird Run XT and Jaybird Vista.

    Hi Daan,
    I know the feeling. I LOVED my X2s and used them for over 3 years until the rubber cladding degraded and the cable snapped. That's when I decided to upgrade to the Tarah Pros. I am now on my SECOND warranty replacement set. The original pair I received had the rubber come off the control module. The replacement pair I received became extremely unbalanced audio volume wise after 3 months. God knows what's going to happen to this current pair. My warranty runs out in 2 months too. I've lost faith in the brand. Thinking of moving to Bose Audio.

    Hi John and Bruce, thanks for your comments. Although I am disappointed that Jaybird is unable to develop a better product, I have not yet lost faith. I wait until the X5 and in the meantime have purchased a new set of X3’s from Marktplaats, the Dutch equivalent of eBay.

    I had this happen on TWO pairs. I was told by the rep that this is a known issue. It seems to me that this is a design or manufacturing flaw that sorely needs to be corrected, especially given the price of this product!
