connection issues with run xt buds and the jaybird app

    Hi Jacob,

    Thank you for reaching out with your concern, I am sorry to hear about what happened.

    I am afraid I am unable to replicate this issue. Have you tried to to connect the buds to a different phone or music device; or a device with a different OS?

    Also, you mentioned that the sound do not come out of the buds. Can you check if your Run XT is selected as default for media audio?
