    Try this, it worked for me!

    Connect your Jaybirds to the charger, while charging reset your buds (Press and hold the power button for about 8 secs, you will see the Red and Green Lights flashing, at this moment, remove the charger, VOILA! the red light light will go off and your buds will now be ready to pair.
