My gf has the same problem. It’s too big for her to fit it. Far as I know, Vistas are the smallest amongst premium true wireless earbuds at the moment.

Bruce, I have the same problem as Kaitlyn. Do you know if Jaybird plans on coming out with eargels for people with smaller ears? I'm seeing that this is a pretty common problem and it would really improve the product experience.

    Thanks

I have the same problem. I would like to be offered a solution, for example, to be shipped the eargels in real size 1 (the ones shown in the video) since the ones that I have are as big as size 2 (except that they don't have a fin). Thank you.

Hey Irene! Unfortunately they come with all of the sizes we currently make.  Some ears are just too small for them.  However, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  So if they don't fit, you can send them back for a full refund.  If you want to contact our support team through the link below, we would be stoked to help you out!

Is it possible to send them back to you even if I bought them from a reseller? Thank you

It depends on the seller you purchased them from. But if you want to reach out to our team via the link, we will be able to tell you!

So, I contacted the support. They told me to return it to the retailer even though I told them that the retailer has cancelled the return policies because of the COVID situation. So basically I'm stuck and can't return them.

Just to inform everybody out there, they support told me that I can return it only to the reseller where I bought it from, but since they have changed the return policies because of COVID, I can't return it at all and Jaybird has no solutions for this. Really not the most successful purchase I've made.

Huh, odd. I got mine on amazon so i can send mine back without any problem. I have small ears too, though they fit in my ears, just not comfortably. It would be very awesome and splendid if Jaybird made some custom sized ones. The part where the fins start to come out for eh earbud, is too low for my ear. If it started to come out towards the top side of the earbud, they would fit perfectly. Still have about 25 to return them, yet there are no earbuds out there like these. It’s a huge shame for these to go to waste.

This isn’t how things should work. There needs to be earbuds out there small enough for small ears. Or at least better fins and stuff. I’m a high school distance runner. Ranked top 5 in my state. Sophomore, AP student, and eldest of 4 in a 1100 sq ft house. I don’t ask for much of anything, but these, these buds are next to the Holy Grail, yet I see them starting to go down the gutter.
I would recommend these to every single person I know, if Jaybird tells me before my 30 days are up, that they are making some smaller or custom size fits. Otherwise these are gonna be resent and my search will go on and find some buds that aren’t as good. Love the bass. Love the case, it’s the most unique out there. Very rare to see a small rope attached. It’s very convenient, yet it sucks for me to say all this. I really wish there was a solution...

    you guys are still great

If that fin was higher up, they would fit!!! ITS ONE SMALL THING, PROBLEM THE EASIEST THING TO FIX. JUST CREATE A SMALLER ONE WITH A FIN. ITS SO SIMPLE. OR MOVE THE ENTIRE FIN UP MORE.

Seriously, that seems so simple, I could find someone to do that, but that would be very hard. If you guys were to, even if it were to take about 3 months or so, to fracking make a smaller fin, I WOULD WAIT!! I would wait and possibly get the free custom fit for waiting or trade in the other fins for those. That would solve hundreds of humans problems. You wouldn’t want to exclude people from using these would you? Seriously guys, I’ve been wanting these for so long, got them discounted, and now I’m sorta un-impressed. Listen please, it’s *OUR* only hope for you guys to solve problems. Just like your theme logo, “Life, Fitness, and the Pursuit of Happiness” based of the the United States Declaration of Independence to show Britain why we wanted freedom. It’s the same thing here. Without your help, without your consideration and hard work, we’re Britain, and we’re gonna tax you on “Suger” (Send back vistas) till we get what we hope for.

And ALL the small eared people with Vistas will be way more happy and enjoyed with their buds, rathe than having to pay even more for something else like the Jabra Elite Active 75t.

    Sincerely,

    Chase S.

Or even worse, people will start to buy wireless earbuds for LESS.

Yes you heard me, less. Take a look at the TaoTroncis soundliberty 79. $50 for sound almost as good as the Galaxy Buds. With ipx8 waterproof, and sport fitting. The best bang for your buck deal, yet the case and charging ain’t as good as you guys, and that’s something to be proud of, as long as you can KEEP your people.

I asked them if as a replacement I could get a new set of eargels so that I could try and modify them to make them fit to my ears without risking them, but that also did not work. I don't get tit why they don't have more options on their website that one could purchase even separately without them being part of the standard pack. Considering there are so many people that are pointing out this problem. I've heard they think smaller ineer part of the eargel are not noise cancelling... Honesly? I just want them to fit comfortably and stay in, I don't care about noise cancelling, if I did I would have chosen another brand of earbuds. Guess I have to deal with it now!
