I've tried to live chat for few days now and it is always saying "Sorry, we are not online at the moment".
Anyway, I bought my X4 less than a year and now I can't turn it on. It all started last week after I charged my headphone (green light), I unplugged it, turned it on and it said battery fully charged, turned it off, left it overnight and the next morning it just won't turn on and I had to recharge it. So yesterday I had it fully charged before my run and 30 minutes into my run it said battery 20%. Clearly there's something wrong with the battery. I tried to charge it this morning and it just showed green light. I tried to turn it on and it just won't turn on. I've seen so many people having issues with the X4 battery.
I bought this from Best Buy and they asked me to contact you for manufacturer's warranty. How can I proceed to have it replaced?
