    Hi Jason,

Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.

Please check the buds and make sure they're clean and free of debris.

Follow the steps here to reset your buds:

    1. Make sure your buds are powered off.
    2. From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.
    3. Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

NOTE: When you reset your buds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to repair your buds to your Bluetooth device.

I did reset them and clean the buds of debris. I should have mentioned that above so that's my bad. I am 99.9% certain it's a wire issue because it works just fine when I pinch and twist the wire right below the volume down button. What are my options to fix this?

I have the exact same problem. I too, LOVE these headphones. They are the only buds that don't fall out when I'm running. Hoping there is a fix for this problem.
