    I am also having this same problem where the red light will not go off on my X3s.  This drains the battery and then they only last for 1 workout.  I have reset the headset but that did not resolve the issue.  Please advise.  Emilio did you get yours resolved?

    Try this, it worked for me!

    Connect your Jaybirds to the charger, while charging reset your buds (Press and hold the power button for about 8 secs, you will see the Red and Green Lights flashing, at this moment, remove the charger, VOILA! the red light light will go off and your buds will now be ready to pair.
