    Hello Barry,

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

    The volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.

    In some cases, the volume on the device is independent to the volume on the buds.

    @Bruce

    Sorry for the late response since I was out of the country.

    Okey so basically I tried on 3 new OS, Laptop, Android and Apple. all of them were pretty low in volume even when it was turned on 100% both in PC/Phones/Ipads and 100% on the headphones too. It seems to be lots worst and I do believe it was nothing to do with the limit of those devices since this happend out of no where. So the problem is still there. What should I do?

    PS.

    I have even updated the firmware using this: https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/jaybird-support/jaybird-x3/firmware/jaybird-x3-windows-firmware-update.html
