X2 power button issue
X2 power button intermittently does not respond. once it happens the only way to power it on is to briefly plug in and plug out the charger and turn on.
this is very frustrating, if i am outside the house( i bought it to use while working out outdoors), there is no way to turn it back on.
this is not what we expect from a premium head set.
loved the jaybird brand for so long, but this is very disappointing .

Hi James,
Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.
Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
- Try a different power source/charger
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

Its no the battery issue. even after fully charging the battery, its still the same issue.
#1. and when it is unable to turn on, i have to plug in and plug out the charging cable( no need to charge- just for a second will do)
once i do that, the headset is able to turn on using the power button. once turned on, i am still able to get many hours of continuo usage.
but if i turned it off , i am forced to repeat the #1 procedure to turn it back on.
this issue started long back, but wasn't this frequent. currently this happens every single time.
The reason why i posted it here now is that one of my friend who bought an X3(after i recommended it :( .....) complained about this same issue, until then, i thought its just my jaybird. and after a few mins on google. its apparent the issue is very common, so i am hopping you may have a solution for this.....
thank you for getting back.
