Red light does not turn off - Hard reset has NO EFFECT

    I have the exact same charging issues that the previous customer had. Charged completely and still res light stays on. I’ve done the factory reset twice and even thought the red light stays on after three hours charging the ear buds tell me it is fully charged. Without using the I checked 8 hours later and the battery was completely dead. I was able to link with Bluetooth on my phone after three hour charging but they will not hold a charge. Please inform me how to return to factory for replacement or repair. Thanks
