    Try updating to the latest firmware through the Jaybird app and try again. 

     

    This happened with my pair once in the past and never after that.

    Have the same issue, every now and then crackling noise or a popping sound. Also updated to the newest firmware and tried the re-pairing, this did not solve the issue...

    iPhone XS with newest iOS, playing music via Spotify and using the „Audiophile Utopia“ Preset in the Jaybird App.

    Pushing this again, no difference until now...Updated to the newest firmware again, reseted again...Still cracking :-( Jaybird you aware of that?!
