I bought my Jaybird Tarah Pro on 27th September 2019 in Singapore.
The store checked and ensured that multipoint connection works on Tarah Pro and I also could connect with my two devices simultaneously. However, when I installed the Jaybird App, it showed me a firmware update for Jaybird Tarah Pro.
After I did the update, the multipoint connection started fluctuating and now after factory reset, it is not working at all.
Can someone please help with this?
