Jaybird won’t honor warranty
JayBird have asked for unreasonable proof of purchase from the retailer before they replace the faulty headphone.
I have provided them with all the proof of purchases legally required to be given by the retailer in the UK but they’ve asked for more proof.
Turns out the x2 receipts and confirmations emailed by the online retailer are not enough.
It also seems as though the individual has an axe to grind, and therefore being obtuse.
Anyone else had similar issues with these scammers?
