    I also have this issue, but I can guarantee you the support on this board will not acknowledge that there is a widespread issue among owners of 5-30 second charge times. We will be told to try a different outlet or remove debris from the charging dock. There is clearly an issue that needs to be resolved but they will pretend it does not exist. :)
