    I have same/similar issue with my X3 - bought this past Christmas - now will not turn on and cannot reset - almost like the Power button doesn’t work even though it ‘clicks’ when pressed

    I have the same issue bought a around January this year. I used the headset regularly during runs, soaking with sweat. Is there a way to have this fix?
