    Hi Roberto,

    Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.

    Can you try to restart your phone prior to re-pairing? Leave it on an off state for ten (10) seconds before you turn them back on.

    Also, please check your Bluetooth list has space to remember your buds.
