    Hello Bruce, 

    I am having the same issue as above. I was simply listening to music while working then they cut out and I can no longer turn them on or charge them. I've tried soft/hard/factory resets with no luck. I have had them for almost a month with no other issues when running (even in the rain) or simple listening (although I do have trouble connecting multiple devices). I have sent an email to support as well. Please let me know possible next steps.
