Received a replacement set of Tarah Pros mid-June as the original pair stopped working mid-run and subsequently would not charge nor power on. Now, three months later, the 2nd pair are doing the exact same thing having also stopped working mid-run. Note: they were at 90% charge to start the run according to the verbal cue.
Soft reset/hard reset will not work. We have all seen the boiler plate response regarding USB charging etc. and these do not remedy either.
Love the sound quality but all the reports of similar if not the same issues from the community lead me to believe this is a known issue.
Sent an email directly to support but also wanted to post in the forum for community awareness as others are dealing with the same problem(s).
