First of all I bought a brand new Jaybird Run XT earpods yesterday. I opened the box, and tested the earpods but I realised that while watching videos or listenin music in low volume, there is a hissing sound at the background. Is it going to be solved in next update? Also my firmware is 1.1.5. I tried to update my earpods via Run Update Assistant but it didn't detect my product (I did everthing right). Is it because I have the latest firmware? I don't want to refund my product i cuz I love this brand. But how can I solve this issues (espacially the first one)?
