    After the recent update of Jaybird App v3.6.1 build 412 has again presented this instability mentioned by the user Ollie Ling.
    I had already reported this issue in an old version, and support emailed me with the reset and pairing procedure, but with each App update, having to do this is not smart on the part of the app developers Jaybird.


    You need to find another alternative to avoid this kind of situation, such as updating the firmware to a stable version.

    They really are a poor quality product. Check out their reviews on Trust Pilot. They refuse to honor their product warranty and outright lie to their customers.

    Good luck trying to claim on your warranty.
