hello there! I had my Jaybird x3 earbuds for more than 1 year and they always worked fine. Then one day, after a training session, I saw the small light blinking in red. I tried to switch on the buds, charge them, but nothing. they're just dead.
1. How to fix/troubleshoot?
2. The product is still under guarantee, but I bought it online and in another country (I live in HK now, I was living in Bangkok back then). How to claim a new product if defective?
