    I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:

    -Check your buds if they are selected as default for media audio

    -Try playing music using other apps or music streaming service

    -Test this with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    This happened to me on my note 10+ and I had to go into the app (Spotify) that I was playing the music from and it was a volume rocker within the app I had to turn up, never had to do that with another pair headphones it was weird but that fix the problem
