There is no sound in the left earbud in my Jaybird X4 earbuds. This is the second time that this has happened. When I got my first pair of these earbuds, the sound in the left earbud had gone out within a few months. I contacted customer support, and they sent me a new pair. I have had this new pair for a few more months, and the sound, again, has gone out. This is of course very frustrating because I love these earbuds so very much. Please let me know if you can help... I would very much appreciate it.
