    Thank you for reaching out here in the Support Community. I can definitely help you with this one.

    Can you try and forget/delete the buds from your Bluetooth list prior to re-pairing?

    You can also power cycle the source devices and leave them on an off state for around ten (10) seconds before you power them back on and pair.
