    Please check if you can replicate the issue with a different app. Also, are you using Spotify within the Jaybird App or outside?

    Can you advise what happened to the buds after you did a reset?

    offcourse I use spotify outside of Jaybird App


    nothing changed after soft/hard reset

    ear Buds just freeze, no reaction for buttons

    seems that it happens only in spotify app


    but keep in mind that same thing not happening when spotify is in use with ohter BT devices

    Really thanks for the great blog here hope you guys can need to seen the how do i fix connections to wireless displays in windows 10 most of the users can save the process for windows device easily here.
