Jaybird Runs freeze and wont turn off

    Thanks for reaching out and providing a detailed description of what's happening.

    Yes, please check if your Run buds are selected as default for media audio. The buds do not need to be connected to announce the voice prompts so it will be helpful if we can check this.

    same problem here

     

    it happens for my when skipping songs in spotify, all the voiceover info about battery and connection blah blah...

    music plays, Im pressing any thin FF or Reverse and Jbirds freeze, nothing happens unless reset witch Etui

    I can reproduce it every damn time,

     

    its all play and fun when not messing with music controls on phone screen

    Yes, the headphones are set as the default, and they do announce "connected". Further, even if this were not the case, that still would not explain why the buttons on both earbuds stop having any affect, preventing me from even turning off the headphones.

    same here, when changing songs on Spotify both earbuds hang and cannot do anything but placing them again on the charging case. after that they'll be back on and be able to keep using them.

    super annoying problem, keeps happening every than and in some occasions more than once a day
