On several occasions over the past few months (maybe once a week), my Jaybird Run headphones get into a state where they come on, give the usual battery and connection sounds and words, and then do not play any audio. My phone shows them being connected. When they get into this state, they also cannot be turned off by long-pressing the buttons on the headphones. Manually unpairing does not change this. Turning off the phone does not change this. When they get into this state, the only thing I have found works is to put them into the case (which turns them off) and then reopening the case. Unfortunately that's not an option when I'm running with them, which is sort of the point of Jaybird *Run* headphones.
I think it *might* have to do with turning on the headphones while audio is actively playing on the phone, but I haven't been able to come up with any reliable steps to reproduce the issue. Sometimes after resetting with the charging case, it will happen again, other times it goes back to being just fine.
Any ideas? Do these headphones get software updates or resets?
