    Hey Jaybird, 


    Same exact issue is happening to me as well after less than 2 weeks using the x4. Extremely frustrating and disappointment product performance and lack of helpful information on your site. Clearly, i'm not the only one having this issue. Can you please post the email you sent as others asked as well?
