I have a pair of Jaybirds Freedom 2 earphones and the right side hasn't been working since a few days ago. I've tried with the solutions provided on the community site and it doesn't work.
I just recalled that I bought it last year this time (2nd Sept 2018). How can I get it repaired?
Also, how do I make sure the repair is still covered by the warranty giving that I'm reporting on the issue today (2nd Sept 2019)?
