Jaybird Runs won't charge at the same time when I put them in the case

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Please share what troubleshooting steps you have tried. By default, the Right bud will lose battery faster since it is the master bud---the one that connects to your phone/music device.

    Hence, the left bud requires less time charging, depending on use.

    hello Bruce I appreciate your quick response. Some of the troubleshooting steps were trying to hold the right earbud for 3 seconds then trying to reconnect to my phone. I believe it is something to do with the pins in the case itself on the right earbud which makes the charging the buds very inconsistent.
