I am having trouble getting my Jaybird X4 headphones to connect to my iPhone. The iPhone is running the latest OS 9updated several days ago to iOS 12.10.
l have tried the following steps as recommended in another post here:
‘Please follow these troubleshooting steps that can help resolve this issue:
-Turn off your IPhone XR's Bluetooth
-Forget any previously paired devices
-Power cycle your IPhone XR’
and none of these has solved the problem.
Now the strange thing is that my X4’s have effortlessly paired to my iPad Pro, and work beautifully with it.
any thoughts/help appreciated.
