Hi. I purchased my tarah pro last year and it was working perfectly fine. However when I accidentally unpaired the ear piece from my audio device today, I couldn't connect them back again. I tried the soft reset which is to charge them and yes I did and it mentioned fully charged in the voice prompt. However my device stills shows 'pairing not accepted' and there's a problem in the voice prompt too. It seems like my device had a problem so I restart it but still no. So now I thought there's a problem in my earpiece and i tried to connect it to my mother's phone and unfortunately the earpiece name did not appear. Is my earpiece having a problem though it can still be switched on?
Theres more problem I'm frustrated about, it does not say the usual "ready to pair. Download the jaybird app..." and to make matter worse, it says "connected" when it's not even paired to Anything!
