I have had Tarah Pros for a few months and the rubber is coming away from the edge of the button pad. I couldn't figure out a way to reach the warranty department on the website provided in the paperwork. When I try to just send in a message on this site, it says my return email address isn't valid. I assure you it is. I really took leap from my normal burner $50 headphones to almost $200 headphones, and I had hoped for better product quality and ease of warranty navigation. I would describe my use of these as fairly light, I have no idea what i could have done to cause this. So disappointing, because other than this issue I was really happy with the buds.
