I’ve had these headphones for less than six months and have had multiple problems since purchasing. Periodically I’ve had problems connecting but most recently I charged them fully and they no longer respond at all. Right after charging, I got them to connect but with no voice prompts, which in the past has indicated something wonky, and from there, I got no indication that they were either on or off, despite holding down the power button to turn them off. I manually disconnected in the Bluetooth menu on my phone and have been unable to get a response at all since.
Unrelated, or possibly related, to that issue is that the bit of rubber that covers the remote has lifted up from the middle where the power/pause button is, and the plastic is so warped that it won’t return to its original place.
I’m also not at all happy with the customer service, given that I’ve had easier times getting in touch with my cable company by phone (I was on hold with jaybird support for almost 10 minutes and never reached a person), the online chat isn’t available despite it being the available hours and I see no email to contact. So a response from an actual support person would be appreciated.
