    Hi Bruce,

    I'm not exactly sure how this happened. I always carried in the carrying case and was pretty careful when handling the earbuds. The sound cuts in and out sometimes depending on the angle of the cable. I believe I'm outside of the warranty period and was wondering what my next steps would be.
