Broken jaybird run tip
I’ve had my earbuds since christmas last year (2018) and when I pulled the earbud out of my ear, the metal bit that the silicone tip fits on separated from the rest of the headphone. My left headphone no longer plays audio as a result. Is this covered under a warranty or is there some other way of fixing them? Thanks in advance. I love these so much and very sad that this has happened. Thanks in advance!!
