No response from customer support
I emailed two weeks ago in regards to my left ear bud not charging fully AGAIN and have tried all Troubleshooting options and my husbands won’t stay connected. I have had no response. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service and disappointed in our purchases

So we have gone from good communication and requesting receipt of purchase. I supplied this and since then It’s now been 48 hours and no response. I find it strange that there was constant communication and now that I have submitted my receipt for a replacement of earbuds there is no response. I’m very unhappy with customer service from your company
