Low Volume

There is really low volume when I have the volume on max as well, but I will try the firmware update. I have had to use a volume booster on my phone and laptop to almost hear anything sometimes.

Update: I tried the firmware upgrade and that completely ruined the vistas. They would not work anymore.

So a good product to begin with, but the volume is a major deal breaker and since they cant even get a firmware upgrade to work this is such a joke. Pathetic. I got a new pair since i cant get the money back.

The vistas are good in many areas and i cant believe that they ruin the experience but the low volume.

I had previous jaybirds that I lost and decided to give the vista's a try.  I definitely noticed the lower maximum volume but my jaybird app prompted me to download firmware 1.1.6 and the issue was immeadietly fixed!

Thank you! Just put in a service-request for my XT's to replace them for the Vista's.

XT's are perfect volumewise, but hey are so flawed in everything else.

Have the Vista's now and can confirm it is fixed with the new firmware. Thanks again for letting us/me know!

Ted: That would be nice if the firmware didnt break the vistas in some way or another like many other people have posted on this forum. it happened to me too

Did you contact support? Can't imagine that they didn't offer a solution if the FW update really broke 'm. None the less that's quite a bummer.

I literally made an account to make this post, so I had the same problem with my Vista's. Sounds stupid, and that's because it is, go to the button controls, change hold button from power off to volume up and down, then turn it up. There is no other way to change this in the settings and for like 2 weeks I was listening to videos at full volume, and now it's so loud that 30% is like my casual listening volume.

I had the same issue on my Run XT. Changing the buttons in the app to volume up/down and change the volume to max by clicking on the buttons increased massively.

Other thing to improve is changing the sound preset through the app which can also increase volume some more (if you would still need more volume, I didn't need to after the fix)
