I just bought this earphone less than 1 month ago, and it's already showing battery issue. Significant dropped of battery level (from 80% suddenly went to 40%, then 20%), and only stand for around 1 hour from 3 hour charge. I already did all the steps and things to do in this community so don't tell me the same thing. All the reset (factory reset, hard reset) and different source of changing but it still won't work. This is not so worth it with the high price of earphone. I mean I'm only using it for 3 weeks, so disappointing.
I've emailed the support and asking for warranty claim, have attached my serial number and valid purchase receipt but the support showing very late response. My ticket is 1372250 please help
