I feel like this is really just a firmware issue, as in it's just badly designed in general (no offense), but I hate how the buds just 'choose' what sound it wants to play. Normally with the phone's speakers, you can listen to Spotify, and when you want to listen to a video or something from another app (say Twitter), the music will pause and play the sound from the video, maybe even resuming the music, depending on the app. With these buds it pauses not only the music, but cuts off all audio coming from the phone in general, so you can't hear the video either. Even the background static cuts off. I don't understand why it wouldn't just play the sound that the phone is trying to deliver without deliberating on whether or not audio 'should' be present. I know these buds are designed around running (obviously) and other exercise so maybe switching apps often wasn't a primary concern but...still......I'd like to not have to completely close out Spotify every time I want to watch a video on Twitter, you know? If there's a fix to this it'd be appreciated but, again, from the extent of my knowledge this seems like a firmware issue. Rant ended haha
