    Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.

    Can you check if your buds are clean and free of debris? Can you also check if you experience the same issue with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    You can further isolate the issue by forgetting the X4 on your Bluetooth list and pairing it as new.

    I have tried with other devices and also checked that it is free of debris. I have also reset the device but the same issue, unfortunately occurs.
