My Jaybird x4 red light just does not turn off

    Hi Shivendra and Jrs9794,

    Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.

    Let's do a Factory Reset to help resolve this:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    I’m having the same issue and I had it with my X3’s before too.

    Hi Bruce,
    I would like to highlight that I have gone through all the posts on the community, tried all the reset options. The issue still persists. I have even raised a ticket on your website and no one has bothered to reply. My ticket number 1349197. What is the solution. Please don’t give the same standard answers
