    Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.

    Can you check if your buds are clean and free of debris? Can you also check if you experience the same issue with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    You can further isolate the issue by forgetting the X4 on your Bluetooth list and pairing it as new.

    I have tried everything for one day now. I have also found that the left earbud does work if u put the wire to a specific angle but it sounds more quiet than the right. Any other suggestions?
