My 3 month old Jaybird X3 (which I've enjoyed using) isn't holding a charge. After fully charging and turning off, 3 hours later when going to use it is telling me it's low on power. I don't overcharge and only use the computer to recharge it, and have gone thru your suggestions on (many) similar posts about how to fix this issue, with no improvement.
Please advise how I can exchange or refund as these appear to be duds.
