    Hi Bruce,

    Thanks for getting back to me. So far I've checked the terminal points are clear, and only recharge via my laptop USB. I typically charge for 2-3 hours when power low/charge me verbal indicator is given. I note that I've never gotten an LED colour other than Green. I also note that the battery has never been able to charge beyond 80%. 
    While initially I was getting several hours of use, it's now unusable as the charge doesn't last 15 minutes.
    Appreciate whatever help you can provide.

    Hello....anybody out there? 9 days since last communication and got to say I'm not feeling the love.

    I'm beginning to think that "Bruce" is a "Bot" designed to make you initially feel good and then just quickly fade away into the distance...kind of like your products. Oh, must say I particularly enjoyed the 40 minutes of waiting for your (not much) Support & Help Line, only to hang up...maybe Bruce the Bot needs to take those calls as well.

    I'd appreciate if someone could tell me where to return the X3 for refund or replacement.
