    Thank you for reaching out. This is definitely not an expected behavior. 

    Please advise if you're checking the green LED while the buds are plugged to the charger. Also, if the X3 turns on. Please feel free to provide more information that will help us understand the issue better.

    Yes, the above problem that I've mentioned was when I am charging. The earphone is turning on there no problem in that, only the green LED that is not indicated when there is a full charge. Please help, it is brand new one.
